Delaware River Report: June 12, 2023

Today is our first shot for rain in quite a while. We should see some precip in the afternoon with most of it coming overnight. There’s always a good chance the storms will slide around us but if we do get the rain most of it should soak into the ground. It will be windy today so find some protected spots to set up in. We had more sun yesterday than we’d hoped for but people found fish on sulphurs and olives. Sulphurs, Light Cahills, March Browns, cornutas and Green Drakes are hatching. Dark Blue Sedges #14 are still around in some areas. The fish are picky but they are there and rising,

Today will hit 76 degrees with sun and clouds early. We should see more clouds with a chance of rain in the afternoon. Wind will be 10 -20 mph from the South.
