Delaware River Report: May 12, 2022

The releases have cu t back again and the flow at Stilesville is 383 cfs. The flow at Hale Eddy is 490 cfs. Hendricksons, apple caddis, blue quill spinners and quill gordon spinners. Add some March Browns and Gray Fox to your boxes. Keep an eye out for the smaller #16 hendricksons. Nymphing has worked early before the hatches. This is the weather that get the caddis active mid morning so don’t discount early dry fly possibilities. Spring missed us and we’ll hit 80 degrees with sunshine today. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the South.
