Yesterday was another good hatching day with the normal mix we’ve been seeing. Hendricksons, blue quills, olives, little black caddis, apple caddis, and dark Brachycentrus – plus few March Browns. The fish were up and happy again. It takes a bit of time to get going after the cold mornings so be patient. The flows are slowly dropping so there are some wade opportunities opening up. The release from Cannonsville is 902 cfs with 136 spilling.
We had a rare guide cancellation for Thursday. If you’re looking for a guide this week email us at flyfish@thedelawareriverclub.com
Today will be 54 degrees with clouds in the morning partially clearing in the afternoon. Wind will be 10 – 20 mph from the North.
