River Report / Conditions April 12, 2011

We hit 80 degrees here in Starlight / Hancock yesterday, and today we wake up to 47 – April in the Catskills, what can we say? Good day yesterday on the water before the wind picked up – LOTS of stoneflies of varying sizes (all the way from 18 to 12), and FINALLY:

Cell phone shot, so sorry for the fuzziness – but they are here! As soon as a few more start popping the fish will really turn on. Wiley took two great guys from Switzerland out over the last two days, and they boated some beauties – photos to follow soon!
