Delaware River Report / Conditions August 27, 2021

The flow at Stilesville remains a steady 602 cfs this morning.   Today is going to be a arm one at 84 degrees but we should see some clouds and a possible thunderstorm roll in during the afternoon.  Hopefully the 1/4″ of rain comes during the day and pushes the olives and Isonychias.  Providing Wunderground is correct.  Nymphing during the day has been paying off.  There were some random risers mid day yesterday but a lot of the activity was in the evening as the sun dropped.  The normal olives, Isonychias, and caddis showed up.  There are spots where people are seeing good numbers of cahills still.  And definitely have your flying ants handy.
