We are following the State’s order and are closed right now. We are still fulfilling mail orders in the online store: https://drc-fly-shop.myshopify.com/
Let’s keep the local pictures going. Since everyone should be fishing local to their homes send us pictures of your locally caught fish and we’ll put them here on the blog. Even chubs would be cool. Email them to flyfish@thedelawareriverclub.com
Today’s selection of fish:
We are under a flood watch this morning. It sounds like some areas will have localized heavy rain between 1.5″ and 3″. That’s quite a spread so it seems they really don’t know how much rain is coming and where the heaviest fall will be. Looking at the hourly forecast the heaviest rain should happen overnight. So be careful if you’re out there. Wind will be 20 – 30 mph from the South which isn’t so fantastic by itself. Yesterday was decent when the wind was down. There were bugs out there for a couple of hours in the mid afternoon.
